Creating a store
Select a store template from one of the many templates included with iNETstore Studio.
Each template supports different functions such as member logins and
includes alternative page layouts.
Don't be too concerned if you can't find one you don't like as the
templates can be fully custom designed or you can even design your own! |

Preview your store on your own machine
Having used the create store wizard to create a store you will now be
able to view your store on your own machine via the iNETstore Maintenance
application interface (shown on the left) or from within a standard web
browser.
Previewing your store on your own machine is made possible due to the
fact that the application ships with a development version of the
iNETstore server software. This server software enables you to preview
your store and any changes you make offline on your own machine.

Tree data view
iNETstore Maintenance displays your category and item data in an
intuitive tree view. Double click on any of the nodes to display and edit
the information from the database for the relevant category or item.

Spreadsheet view
iNETstore Maintenance also includes a spreadsheet view of your
database.

Import data wizard
The import database wizard makes importing your external data
sources much easier.
The wizard supports the following file/data formats:

Custom design
On your own machine you have full access to the source code of the
store templates and cascading style sheet. Modifications can be made to
these and the changes previewed using the development version of the
iNETstore server which is also included.
Design changes can vary from simple customizations of color schemes,
header and footer designs to a full custom design job changing any aspect
of the store templates. See Custom design for more
information. |

Uploading your store
A built in Send To Server wizard enables you to upload and synchronize your
store with the remote server. Your database will typically be hosted in a high
capacity Microsoft SQL Server at your ISP. No database knowledge is required as
Send To Server takes care of synchronizing your database with the database at
your ISP. |

Maintaining your store Once your site is uploaded you can login to your site at anytime using your
administrator login. The administrator login will give you access to the Browser
Based Maintenance System (BBMS) which enables you to produce real time reports
on transactions, customers and affiliates. You can also add/edit/delete
inventory, freight details and system information. |
